Meet Nitesh: The Technical Half.

Since 2008, Nitesh has been transforming complex technology into simple campaign tools that help Labour politicians connect with voters and win elections. His websites and digital platforms have directly supported councillors in gaining seats, MPs in defending marginal constituencies, and first-time candidates in building a credible online presence across the UK.

With deep experience in Labour policy development and grassroots organising, Nitesh understands exactly what UK candidates face: tight budgets, limited technical expertise, and the pressure to look professional while competing against well-funded opposition. That’s why he builds tools specifically for Labour campaigns – websites that load fast and digital systems that convert constituents into supporters.

His technical expertise combined with political insight means Labour candidates get more than just a website. They get digital infrastructure designed to win local and national elections. From constituency-specific messaging frameworks to mobile-optimised voter engagement tools, Nitesh creates the technical foundation that enables Labour politicians to focus on what they do best: knocking on doors and winning votes from Cardiff to Livingston.

Meet Kelsey: The Creative Half.

Kelsey’s career sits at the intersection of two long-standing beliefs: democracy works best when everyone has a voice, and that design shapes how people understand and engage with ideas.

She has always been the person who spends longer than necessary refining slide deck layouts, choosing a font, and making sure things feel coherent, whether that was internal documents, public-facing materials, or personal work. Not for decoration, but because clarity and consistency change how messages land, and good design makes people more likely to pay attention.

Professionally, Kelsey has worked on democracy and governance projects around the world, from East Africa to the Tibetan community in exile in India, collaborating with governments and civil society organisations on complex political issues.

She now brings that global perspective, and a distinctly American level of organisation, to her role as Creative Director. Kelsey designs graphics, brand kits, logos, and campaign assets that help Labour campaigns look recognisable, confident, and like they know what they stand for.
